Am letzten Freitag war ich zu Gast bei dem 7 Stunden Jubiläum (7 Jahre Sonic Fiction) von M.A.R.K.Y.s Radiosendung Rush Hour auf Radio Zusa. Nachdem Grooveside ein feines Auftaktset abgeliefert hatte, kam mein 2 Stunden Set dran, unterteilt in 3 Parts, bevor dann Marky den Rest der Nacht bestritt.
Die Rush Hour mit Marky (und Herrn Gottheit) läuft übrigens alle zwei Wochen Freitags von 23-1 Uhr, immer in den Wochen in denen nicht die Rauschzeit läuft. Wo wir gerade beim Thema sind: Heute Abend ab 21 Uhr auf Radio Zusa könnt ihr wieder der Rauschzeit mit AtheB und mir (Thedi) lauschen! Die letzte Rauschzeit in diesem Jahr könnt ihr dann am 24.12. unter dem Weihnachtsbaum empfangen.

Last Friday I was guest at the 7 hours anniversary (7 years of Sonic Fiction) of M.A.R.K.Y.’s radioshow Rush Hour on Radio Zusa. Grooveside started with a great set and I followed with a 2 hour set which I split in 3 parts and styles before Marky played the rest of the night.
The Rush Hour featuring Marky (and Herr Gottheit) is transmitted all 2 weeks on Fridays starting at 23:00. (the non-Rauschzeit-weeks). Talking about Rauschzeit: tonight starting at 21:00 you can tune in the Rauschzeit (featuring AtheB and me (Thedi) on Radio Zusa – the next show is the last Rauschzeit for 2009 and will be transmitted on December 24th!

Das WGT 2009 ist seit einiger Zeit vorüber und so langsam hab ich mich auch wieder erholt, obwohl ich dieses Jahr kaum Konzerte gesehen habe – aber dafür um so mehr gefeiert. Meine persönlichen Highlights in Leipzig waren dabei sicherlich die zahlreichen Globalnoisemovement Events – allen voran das GNM WGT Industrialized Finale am Montag, die Electro-Industrial Night im Dark Flower am Freitagabend, das Treffen mit und das Wiedersehen von zahlreichen Freunden, der GNM-Brunch, das Entdecken neuer kulinarischer Locations, sowie Leipzig an sich. Es gab dieses Jahr auch eine Premiere: Zur AGRA habe ich es überhaupt nicht geschafft, was jedoch der Geldbörse zu Gute kam, da nicht die Tonträgersammlung übermäßig vergrößert wurde. Die Fotos, die ihr hier seht, sind übrigens von Jörn von nerotunes.com und wurden während meines DJ-Sets in der Moritzbastei beim GNM Event am Pfingstmontag aufgenommen. WGT 2009 is over since some days and the needed regenerating process is finally done – though I did not see many shows this year I partied a lot. My personal highlights at this year’s event in Leipzig were for sure the several Globalnoisemovement events – on top the GNM WGT Industrialized Finale on Monday, the Electro-Industrial Night at the Dark Flower on Friday, meeting so many friends again, the GNM-brunch, finding new culinary locations and also Leipzig as city itself (as always). Not to forget this year’s world premiere: I did not make it to the AGRA but which was good for the wallet as the record collection was not stocked up so much.
