Vom 30. bis 31. März 2012 findet in Altenburg der Elektroanschlag zum 13. (und leider letzten) mal statt. Neben einem umfangreichen Live-Lineup wird es wie schon in den letzten Jahren zur gebührenden Einstimmung am Donnerstag, den 29.03. eine Warmup-Party in der Villa Bar in Altenburg geben, bei der dieses Jahr zwei Liveacts (Frl. Linientreu und Tardive Dyskinesia) und zwei DJs (Paradroid und Thedi)geben wird.
Der Eintritt zur Warmup Party ist frei, Festival- und Tagestickets für den Elektroanschlag 13 gibt es noch vor Ort. Im Anschluss an das Liveprogramm wird am Freitag und Samstag, wird es an beiden Tagen noch DJ-Bekrachung geben, Freitag vom Team Raubbau, Samstag von Paradroid und Thedi.
Passend zur „Final Edition“ besteht die Elektroanschlag-Compilation in diesem Jahr aus einem 6 CD-Boxset auf dem sich über 80 Bands tummeln, die in den letzten 13 Jahren beim Elektroanschlag live vertreten waren.

On March 30 and March 31, 2012 the 13th and – sadly – the final edition of the Elektroanschlag festival is happening in Altenburg! Besides an extensive live lineup a warmup party is held at the Villa Bar Altenburg on Thursday, March 29. This year’s warmup will include two liveacts (Frl. Linientreu and Tardive Dyskinesia) and two DJs (Paradroid and Thedi).
The entrance is free at the party, tickets for the Elektroanschlag 13 festival can be bought at the door. After the live shows on Friday and Saturday there will be DJ noising on both nights – Friday presented by Team Raubbau and on Saturday by Paradroid and Thedi.
As this is the „final edition“ this year the Elektroanschlag compilation will consist of a 6 cd-boxset including more than 80 bands that played live at Elektroanschlag in the last 13 years.
Am Freitag, den 23. März 2012 sind KiEw Headliner beim Kontrastmittel Festival in Fürth – dem 1. Mittelfränkischen Gothic-Treffen! Ebenfalls live am Freitag im Ottogrund dabei: Xiphea und Cybernetic, dazu eine Aftershowparty mit DJ Demento.
Dazu gibt es dann noch an zwei Tagen Lesungen, eine Fotoausstellung, Diskussionsrunden, einen Gothic Markt und vieles mehr! Das Ticket für beide Tage kostet 13,- Euro, die Ticketanzahl ist stark limitiert, auf der Webseite von Con-Action (KLICK), dem Jugendkulturmanagement der Stadt Fürth, kann man aber Karten vorbestellen.

On Saturday, March 17th 2012 the 41st Dark Dance Treffen is happening in Lahr! Besides 6 liveacts on 2 floors, 8 djs on another 3 floors and a lot of specials will entertain you on that night! Dieses Ereignis wird am Samstag, den 3. Dezember 2011 groß im Anna & Arthur in Lüneburg gefeiert!
Und wie es sich für ein zünftiges Jubiläum gehört – wir erinnern uns an das 15 Jahre KiEw Jubiläumsfest – wird dieses natürlich wild gefeirt – natürlich auch wieder mit speziellen Gästen: Naomi Sample & The Go Go Ghosts. Die Lüneburger 8bit-Electro-Trash-Popper sind mindestens ebenso wahnsinnig wie die Jubilare aus KiEw und werden auch die ein oder andere Weise/Weisheit zusammen mit KiEw intonieren. Den abendlichen Jubiläumsreigen eröffnet Darth Frogger – ebenfalls aus Lüneburg und genauso irre – seine Hits „Auf dem Tisch steht ein Atari“ und „Der Tod hat Husten“ wird er sicherlich auch zum Besten geben. Mozart hilft da überhaupt nicht! Nach dem verstörenden Liveprogramm wird natürlich noch wild weitergefeiert!

In december 2011 Lüneburg’s one and only electro-industrial band KiEw will celebrate their 21st birthday:
21 years of asylum sounds!
This event will be celebrated with a big party on December 3rd at the Anna & Arthur in Lüneburg!
And as such an event should be celebrated really hard and wild – we remember the 15 years of KiEw anniversary – of course again special guests will be part of the night: Naomi Sample & The Go Go Ghosts. The 8bit electro-trash-poppers out of Lüneburg are at least as insane as KiEw and will intonate some or some more tracks together with KiEw. The opening act on this anniversary fest will be Darth Frogger – also from Lüneburg and also insane – his hits „Auf dem Tisch steht ein Atari“ („there is an Atari on the table“) and „Der Tod hat Husten“ („death has a cough“) will be certainly presented by him too. Mozart does not help at all! After the disturbing live program the party will of course continue wildly!
Attention! The live shows will start early (9 pm) and space is limited! Be there in time!
Erneut ein schönes Relikt aus der Vergangenheit! Der Artikel unten aus einem Fanzine sagt sehr viel über diesen Auftritt in Kiel 1997 aus. Wer noch mehr wissen möchte – über ausgesetzte Socken auf der Autobahn, zu viel Spaß im Backstage, biergeflutete Bühnen, fliegende Synthies, große Augen im Publikum, beinahe Schlägereien, verlorene Kabelkisten und mehr, der kann uns ja gern mal persönlich ansprechen…

Another nice relict from the past! The article down below printed in a fanzine (sorry, only german) says a lot about that show back in 1997 in Kiel. If you want to know more – about „lost“ socks on the motorway, too much fun in the backstage, beer-flooded stages, flying synths, wide open and wondering eyes in the audience, nearly happened fights, forgotten boxes of cables and more, you can ask us personally…
Today on thursday after 14 years we will play again at the Pumpe in Kiel – this time supporting Phillip Boa And The Voodooclub.

Am 29. Oktober 2011 findet jetzt die Neuauflage des Festivals in der Batschkapp in Frankfurt statt – diesmal am Start: Breitenfeld, Straftanz, Monolith, Soman, Dive – und KiEw!
