Beginnen wir das Jahr mit einem Eintrag für letztes Jahr. Das muss jetzt einfach noch mal sein, denn: Was für eine Sause! Was für eine Feier! „Das verflixte 7.Jahr“ war das Motto des Sonic Fiction Geburtstages im Jekyll & Hyde in Lüneburg. Als frisch gebackenes offizielles Sonic Fiction-Mitglied durfte ich dann auch den Opener an diesem Abend machen. Eingestellt hatte ich mich auf eine schöne erste verspulte Stunde mit IDM und Co. eingerichtet, um dann langsam die Party in Schwung zu bringen – jedoch feierten schon die ersten Gäste auf dem Dancefloor während ich noch am Aufbauen meines Equiments war und wollten die Abfahrt. Ich habe dann kurzerhand mein ursprüngliche geplantes Set komplett über Bord geworfen und bin spontan auf ein volles Partyprogramm mit einigen Klassikern umgestiegen – was zur Folge hatte, das es einige Artists doppelt im Set gab. Let’s start the new year with an entry for the last year. Why? Because I have to do that: What an event! What a party! „Das verflixte 7.Jahr“ (the damned 7th year) was the theme of the Sonic Fiction birthday event at the Jekyll & Hyde in Lüneburg. As I am now an official Sonic Fiction-member I got the 2 hour opening slot at that special evening. I planned to start slowly with some nice IDM in the first hour before I wanted to rise the tempo a bit – but before I even started to dj when I was still setting up my equipment the first guests entered the dancefloor and wanted some wicked party (in fact they were even on the dancefloor when I came in through the door). As the audience demanded a wild party I changed my mind and threw my complete set away and went over to a party program with some classics which resulted in some double featured artists in my set.
